Military Service Mr. Mims served as a Special Agent in the
Defense Investigative Service in Europe, the Far East and in the
United States from 1966 until 1974.
Civic Activities Mr. Mims has always been active in civic
affairs. He has served more than once as a Scout Master with the Boy
Scouts of America, as a Vice President in the Hogansville Lions Club,
as a founding member of the Hogansville Optimist Club, as a member of
the American Legion, and in numerous teaching and responsible
leadership positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day
Saints.
